Job Title: Global Marketing Assistant

DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in a fast-growing medical field. We are seeking a talented Global Marketing Assistant to join our team

About the Role

The Global Marketing Assistant will collaborate with the global marketing manager and other key stakeholders to implement the marketing strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of the company brand, products, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the global marketing manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation
  • Organize and interpret market research data
  • Prepare and edit marketing materials, such as email templates and presentations
  • Upload supporting documents to our regional distribution platforms
  • Create reports related to ongoing projects
  • Maintain an organized marketing assets database
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team
Requirements
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in French. Other languages are a plus
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Competent in Google Suite: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience in administration or as a sales and marketing assistant
