We are currently partnering with a reputable client in the Grand Est region to fill a critical role for an experienced Construction Project Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and work alongside a dedicated team of professionals.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are adhered to and deliverables are met.
- Manage and oversee all technical project documentation, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare comprehensive budget estimates and detailed technical proposals for projects.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision across all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, HVAC, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum five years of proven experience managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
- A thorough understanding of building codes and regulations is required.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as MS Office Suite, REVIT, and AutoCAD is expected.
- Experience with cleanroom construction projects is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in at least one foreign language is a plus.
