Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to effectively support the region.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on various HR matters.
- Leading HR projects that reflect the company’s culture and strategic direction.
- Collaborating with global HR teams to ensure best practices and consistent communication.
- Building strong partnerships with managers to enhance their capabilities through coaching.
- Facilitating organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive HR management experience within France, particularly in labor relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to inspire innovation and initiative.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A focus on achieving results and demonstrating persistence.
- Outstanding leadership and management capabilities.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Significant experience in an IT or similarly dynamic environment.
