About the Role:
The Demi-Chef de rang / Barista will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant. This includes setting up the café, greeting customers, controlling the quality of service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Set up the café and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Control the quality of service and ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent results
Requirements:
