Your Role as a Commercial Development SpecialistAs a Commercial Development Specialist, you will be responsible for a defined portfolio of clients in a specific geographic area.
Your main missions will be:
- Active telephone prospecting to expand your client portfolio and prospects;
- Fidelity to existing clients in your portfolio;
- Sales and promotion of the 'cheque colis' product;
- Creating a file for each new cheque colis client;
- Reporting on actions taken on the CRM (offer, follow-up, contract start...);
- Exploiting and developing the file of pre-qualified prospects;
- Managing incoming calls, providing information and advising prospects;
- Developing sales and revenue on your territory.

This position is available on a permanent contract at our Toulouse agency (31).
You have a commercial BAC+2 degree (BTS) and ideally 3 years of experience as a sales consultant or telemarketing agent in a call center.
You are known for your listening skills and your sense of service, and you are recognized for your persuasion skills and your results-oriented approach.
You are naturally organized and recognized for your rigor and reactivity.
You have a good command of a CRM and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
