At Diebold Nixdorf, we're revolutionizing the way people bank and shop in a hyper-connected world. As a Salesforce Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in connecting our Retail sales team to commerce, driving growth and success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with Sales Tools & Technology, Sales Operations, and Business teams to assess, develop, and improve Salesforce and sales processes adoption.
- Provide user support, coaching, and training to ensure seamless Salesforce adoption.
- Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing teams to identify gaps in the sales journey and propose solutions.
- Contribute to the benchmark, implementation, and management of new sales enablement tools.
- Provide Salesforce and sales processes end-user support to the sales team and wider Retail organization.
- Lead the creation and deployment of training and content to develop the skills and knowledge of our sales team in Salesforce usage.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in SFDC implementation and operation of Sales and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into management information.
- Good understanding of integrated systems landscapes, processes, system interfaces, customer data integration, and master data management integrations.
- Strong ability to collaborate and network in complex international matrix organizations.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken), one additional European language mandatory, 3rd language appreciated.
