Job Title: Data Strategy and Science Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy and Science Manager to join our team at BI AH France SCS. As a key member of our Supply Chain Excellence department, you will be responsible for developing and executing data strategy activities and initiatives for AH Global Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the consistent and effective management of data across the organization.
  • Design and develop data models that effectively organize and structure data for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with the performance team to understand their data needs and requirements, and support the implementation of data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Apply data science techniques, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining, to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and support data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Engineer degree in Data Science or Business Intelligence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment or a Supply Chain department.
  • Bilingual in English (minimum level C1).
  • Excellent mastery of Microsoft suite and PowerBI.
  • Proficiency in SQL and a database.
