Global Enterprise Data Analytics Lead

At Envu, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Enterprise Data Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation in data science, analytics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's data strategy, including data governance and data architecture
  • Ideate strategic data initiatives to support digital experience and customer value creation
  • Drive innovation in data analytics and reporting, identifying new opportunities to use data to improve business outcomes
  • Set and enforce standards for the global data architecture
  • Collaborate with domain leaders in all geographical regions to ensure data solutions align with business objectives and deliver value
  • Manage a team of data professionals and multiple contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement processes for data quality control and security, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Utilize artificial intelligence as appropriate to improve data processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
  • ~12+ years of experience in data management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple contractors and teams in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data quality control
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, PowerApps, and Power BI is a bonus
