Data Strategy Director

At Envu, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Enterprise Data Analytics Lead to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented professional to lead our data strategy and operations, working closely with domain leaders in all geographical regions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the company's data strategy, including data governance and data architecture
- Ideating strategic data initiatives to support digital experience and customer value creation
- Driving innovation in data analytics and reporting, identifying new opportunities to use data to improve business outcomes
- Managing a team of data professionals and multiple contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Developing and implementing processes for data quality control and security, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
- ~12+ years of experience in data management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple contractors and teams in a global environment
- Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data quality control
