Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with ATR? We are currently offering an apprenticeship opportunity that will immerse you in the dynamic world of quality assurance in Toulouse St Martin. ATR is proud to be recognized as a Happy Trainees company, receiving high praise from our apprentices and interns.
Objectives of the Role:
- As an apprentice, you will become an integral part of our team, taking on a defined set of responsibilities and tasks.
- You will be positioned within the Quality Partners department of ATR's Quality division, tasked with ensuring the highest standards of quality from our key partners, Airbus and Leonardo. This includes ensuring compliance in parts delivered to the ATR final assembly line, driving continuous improvement through corrective and preventive measures, and ongoing monitoring.
- Your role will involve collaboration with various departments across ATR, including production, engineering, and program management, while also liaising with the quality teams of our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Enhancement: Engage in managing quality investigations, including root cause analysis, defining corrective actions, and measuring effectiveness for non-compliances identified in ATR's final assembly line or operations related to our partners' products.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Enhance the dashboard for tracking non-compliances, assist in monitoring non-compliance issues from our partners, and contribute to the surveillance strategy.
- Documentation Management: Collaborate with process owners to assess documentation needs and implement tracking systems for governance and databases.
- Performance Analysis: Optimize the dashboard utilized by the Quality Partners department to improve performance metrics.
This apprenticeship is a perfect fit for you if:
- You are pursuing a BAC+5/Engineering degree with a focus on quality and/or aeronautics.
- You possess knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as PPS, 5Why, 8D, 9S, and Ishikawa.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Language proficiency: Advanced English is required.
Recruitment Process Overview:

- Technical Interview: The final stage where the internship manager will reach out for a validation discussion.
