About the Company:

ONERA, a central actor in aeronautical and space research, employs over 2,000 people. As a government agency, it has a budget of 289 million euros (2023), with over half coming from contracts for studies, research, and testing. As an expert government agency, ONERA prepares for tomorrow's defense, responds to aeronautical and space challenges of the future, and contributes to the competitiveness of the aerospace industry. It masters all disciplines and technologies in the field. All major civil and military aerospace programs in France and Europe carry a part of ONERA's DNA: Ariane, Airbus, Falcon, Rafale, missiles, helicopters, engines, radars... Recognized internationally and often awarded, its researchers form many doctoral students. The Directorate of Economic and Financial Affairs (DAEF), comprising approximately twenty people divided into two services and two sites, is responsible for managing ONERA's finances and budget. It informs and advises the general management, the tutelary bodies, and the control bodies on economic and financial matters related to the management of the Office. It ensures the coherence of the general and analytical accounting with the reporting needs of the general management, in coordination with the Accounting Agent.


About the Job:

As part of this direction, you will provide support to the existing team, which is facing a temporary surge in activity. In this context, your missions will be:

  • To engage financially with orders, supplier contracts for operation and equipment, and all associated coherence controls;
  • To process order receptions in the management system after information collection from the various beneficiaries;
  • To process supplier invoices with orders (not automatically integrated);
  • To process supplier invoices without orders;
  • To pass budgetary accounting entries related to general accounting;
  • To follow the administrative and financial aspects of contracts and controlled expenses;
  • To update management tracking models and BI4-related requests.


Required Profile:

You hold a BAC+2/3 type DUT/BUT in Business Administration; You master office tools; You have a good ability to adapt to new office software.
