Security Engineer, Cloud Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Engineer to join our team at Amazon Data Services France SAS. As a Security Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling security operations, while responding to security issues across our cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable security solutions to protect our cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and maintain security tools and automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Conduct research to enhance the security posture of our cloud platform and operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical support for Security Operations team.
- 3+ years of experience in building scalable incident response utilities and tools.
- 3+ years of experience in systems, network, and/or application security.
- 2+ years of experience building automated tools in languages such as C, C++, Python, Perl, and/or Ruby.
- Strong knowledge of web protocols and Linux/Unix tools and architecture.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals.
