Extended Enterprise Product Manager

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Extended Enterprise Product Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Extended Enterprise solutions that enable Airbus Helicopters suppliers, partners, customers, and employees to access information systems and services from their premises. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including IM and business teams, to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of these solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Extended Enterprise solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead and contribute to the implementation, acceptance, and run organization of these solutions.
- Monitor and ensure service continuity for Extended Enterprise products.
- Manage incidents, requests, and changes, as well as demand management for supplier setup.
- Identify opportunities for harmonization and streamline the EE solution portfolio.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong IT background with several years of experience in the IT operational environment.
- Good understanding of business requirements, customer service orientation, and focus on quality deliverables.
- Experience in working in agile mode and team spirit.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in French and English.
This role will involve regular travel in Europe, and the successful candidate will need to be able to travel accordingly.
This position is offered on a local contract only and requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
