Holland & Knight is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Accounts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for resolving client non-payment issues, improving collection realization, and working closely with attorneys, assistants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate and interact with attorneys, assistants, and clients to resolve collection-related issues.
- Manage assigned attorneys' inventory, monitoring and resolving aged invoices, credit balances, and unbilled work.
- Handle client outreach via email, phone, and mail to resolve non-payment issues.
- Answer and manage daily collection inquiries from attorneys, assistants, and staff.
- Assist with the training of new hires in conjunction with the Client Accounts Coordinators, Client Accounts Manager, and Financial Applications Trainer.
- ~5-7 years of work in a professional environment or 2-3 years of work as a Client Accounts Specialist.
- ~ Must be self-motivated and possess a high level of professionalism.
- ~ Demonstrated ability to work professionally and cooperatively with peers and management.
- ~ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- ~ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- ~ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to use good judgment.
- ~ Excellent computer skills.
- ~ Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.
- ~ Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
