We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at LEO Pharma. As a key member of our Finance and Performance Optimization department, you will play a crucial role in driving our strategic growth and achieving our ambitious goals for 2030.
LEO Pharma is undergoing a significant transformation to become a leader in dermatological treatments. We are revolutionizing the company to meet the demands of tomorrow, and excellence in operational and financial performance management is essential to achieving our objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial support to our Dermatology and Thrombosis business in France, working closely with our Global teams and contributing to the development and execution of strategic and operational plans.
- Collaborate with our Director of Finance and Performance Optimization to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information, and provide analytical and commercial insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain forecasts of sales and costs for the entire French portfolio, ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.
- Work closely with our Performance Optimization team to improve data quality, analytical methods, and tools to enhance business insights.
We are looking for a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial control, audit, or management accounting. You will have a degree in business or finance, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in audit or financial control within a large international group or a pharmaceutical company.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Advanced skills in Excel, SAP, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisions at all levels.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
