Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Safety Specialist German to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for developing subject matter expertise on online abuse, investigating user safety incidents, and applying internal policy guidelines and enforcement actions accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop subject matter expertise on online abuse and safety
  • Investigate user safety incidents and apply internal policy guidelines and enforcement actions
  • Escalate and handle high-risk incidents, applying critical thinking and risk assessment
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and user policies
  • Report technical bugs and monitor live streams in real-time
  • Assist with training and learning development, and communicate on new trends and insights
  • Suggest ideas and projects to improve Yubo's safety product
Requirements

We are looking for a professional with:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in safety or moderation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate situations in a specific context
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Fluent German language skills (C1/C2) and English language skills (B2)
  • Understanding of social networks and pop culture
