Data Strategy and Governance Consultant

Sia Partners' Technology Advantage team is seeking a Senior Data Strategy and Governance Consultant to join their team.
This team works with a variety of industries (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector...) on digital transformation projects and also supports leading tech clients with their transformation and innovation challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Strategy Development: defining data strategy for data office setup, data infrastructures and solutions, data culture, roadmap for data/AI use cases.
- Data Office and Data Governance Implementation: participating in setting up a Data Office and its governance (roles and responsibilities, data policy and compliance, processes, tool benchmarking, success KPIs, data culture).
- Data Management: assisting companies with data model structuring, data macro-mapping, data taxonomy harmonization, data cataloging.
- Data Culture Development: designing and managing data culture programs for clients (learning expeditions, data culture programs, data training programs).
As part of your operational assignments and internal development at the firm, you will be responsible for:
- Managing consultants on client or internal projects (working groups, training...)
- Participating in client events: breakfast meetings, trainings, sharing experiences...
- Conducting in-depth studies, published on our website, social networks, and/or in the press...
- Developing and strengthening our Technology Advantage / Data Advisory offerings through training, working groups, internal and external support dissemination...
Graduate of a top engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with successful consulting experience or experience with Information Systems Management advising on data strategy topics.
You have a strong sensitivity to data value for companies and the ability to develop a comprehensive vision of the data value chain. You are interested in new technologies, trends, and transformations in the Data market.
You have team collaboration skills, an open mind, analytical thinking, and you are looking to join a motivating professional environment where you share our values of excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, sharing culture, kindness, work/life balance.
