About the Role

Hitachi Vantara seeks a seasoned Sales professional to join our EMEA Sales team as an Enterprise Account Manager. In this role, you will establish strong relationships with a small number of strategic accounts and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Qualify and prioritize key prospects from an initial set of 10+ accounts, developing and maintaining detailed account plans.
  2. Identify and engage with channel partners, technology partners, and systems integrators to drive activity leading to incremental opportunities.
  3. Lead a virtual account team to develop and sell the optimum Hitachi business and technical solutions.

Requirements

  1. A strong background in infrastructure sales with a deep understanding of key challenges, trends, and technology initiatives within our international enterprise client base.
  2. A new business focus, with the ability to work consistently to identify, develop, and close opportunities with prospect customers.
  3. A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, illustrating a persistent focus on supporting customers to realize required business outcomes.
  4. Examples of leading with business outcomes rather than product features, with a strong bias towards the Challenger persona as defined by CEB.
