We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Incident and Problem Management Specialist to join our NTT/Transatel Operations Team within the Client Experience Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Incident Management duties, including detection, communication, and reporting to internal management.
- Monitor Contract KPIs on response time and communication handling, and report to internal management.
- Support the manager and perform management duties when the manager is absent or out of office.
- Participate in Run Management weekly calls and stand-up calls with the Head of Production.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Incident Manager and Problem Manager in Telco and IT is a must.
- Excellent English language skills, as all team meetings are conducted in English.

- A competitive salary package, including a fixed salary, individual bonus, and half-yearly profit-sharing and incentive schemes.
- Up to 2 days' homeworking, 25 days' holiday, and a few free days.
