Job Opportunity:

IPAC Bachelor Factory is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Manager.

About the Role:

The Talent Manager will be responsible for collaborating with our recruitment team to identify and attract top talent, developing and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and growth, and ensuring effective employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Work closely with our recruitment team to develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Development: Design and implement programs to enhance employee skills and growth, aligning with the company's business objectives.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure effective management of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation, with a focus on retaining key talent.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with our management team to set clear goals, monitor performance, and develop personalized development plans.
  • Team Cohesion: Foster a positive team culture by organizing team-building activities, training sessions, and initiatives to promote collaboration.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop effective retention strategies by identifying employee needs and aspirations, and implementing competitive benefits programs.
