Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Developer to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and foster long-term business relationships for VanillaHR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business deals, and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management, and gather and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning.
