About the Role
We are seeking a passionate professional with expertise in the manufacturing and energy sectors, particularly in the areas of digital transformation (IoT, Data, Artificial Intelligence, etc.). As a Senior Manager in our Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities practice, you will work on diverse projects for our clients across their entire value chain:
- Industrial Excellence: Improve operational performance (Industry 4.0) and reposition production as a critical component in driving business strategy, optimize asset management and maintenance, and support the implementation of industrial strategy roadmaps.
- Customer Experience: Transform B2C and B2B customer offerings and experiences for our clients, including optimizing customer journeys, digitalizing customer experiences, developing new services, and improving sales performance.
- Design and Engineering: Enhance product and service development and lifecycle management through process efficiency and digitalization.
- Finance and Performance: Improve performance analysis and forecasting, strengthen risk management, and adopt more global operational models.
- Innovation and R&D: Support strategic planning, organization, and transformation of research and innovation fields. Contribute to innovation financing through public subsidies.
In our Manufacturing, Energy, & Utilities practice, you will:
- Contribute your expertise to organize and lead project implementation: strategy and planning, governance, business model, business plan, product management, project management, change management, etc.
- Share your knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of convictions within one of our MNU offers and enable the firm to develop its brand image and knowledge management.
- Foster the development of young professionals by transmitting your expertise and mentoring them on client missions.
- Contribute to commercial development: opportunity detection, participation in pre-sales meetings (pitching, qualification, presentations), contribution to commercial proposals.
- Participate in other internal initiatives contributing to the development of your practice: career development manager, recruitment, practice performance management, training, and university relations.
Requirements
We are looking for a professional with a degree from a top engineering school, management school, or university, with over 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, a large group, or industry, with expertise in one or more areas covered by Wavestone's Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities practice. You should have:
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to quickly understand client specifics and produce high-quality deliverables.
- Expertise in one or more functional and IT areas addressed by the practice.
- A high level of autonomy in project execution (planning, workload management, risk management) in a multi-task context.
- A strong team player spirit, with leadership skills and the ability to bring together diverse teams.
- A taste for entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Contributions to commercial activities and intellectual capital.
