Mission du poste

En tant que Responsable de Projet M&A, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la stratégie de croissance de l'entreprise. Vous apportez un soutien crucial dans l'évaluation, l'analyse et l'exécution des transactions de fusion et acquisition.

Responsabilités clés
  • Analyse de marché : Identifier les opportunités d'acquisition et évaluer leur pertinence stratégique.
  • Évaluation financière : Réaliser des analyses financières approfondies, y compris des modélisations et des prévisions, pour déterminer la faisabilité des opérations.
  • Due Diligence : Mener des vérifications préalables complètes des cibles d'acquisition, englobant des évaluations financières, opérationnelles et réglementaires.
  • Structuration des transactions : Contribuer à la structuration des opérations de M&A, y compris la négociation des termes et la préparation des documents nécessaires.
  • Collaboration avec les parties prenantes : Travailler en synergie avec les équipes internes et externes pour garantir l'avancement des projets.
  • Intégration post-acquisition : Participer aux efforts d'intégration après l'acquisition pour assurer une transition harmonieuse et alignée sur les objectifs stratégiques.
Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme Bac +5, avec une spécialisation commerciale ou scientifique. Une expérience significative dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, notamment en développement commercial ou en acquisitions, est requise. Une connaissance des aspects juridiques et réglementaires des transactions est un atout.

Vous êtes reconnu pour vos compétences en communication, votre aisance à l'oral et vos relations interpersonnelles. Vous avez un sens aigu du détail et appréciez le travail sur plusieurs projets simultanément. Un esprit d'équipe, une éthique de travail solide et un intérêt marqué pour les acquisitions sont essentiels. La maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est indispensable.
