About the Role

The Business Manager position at Square Management is a unique and challenging opportunity in the field of strategy and organization consulting.

Your mission will be to develop your own Management Unit:

  • Develop and promote the value proposition of Square Management to operational directors and managers from large groups, and ensure all commercial relationships: prospecting, meetings, responses to tenders, proposals, presentations, negotiation, and client accompaniment during the mission.
  • Pilot the recruitment process from A to Z to attract and recruit the best consultants from top universities and business schools.
  • Accompany the career development of your consultants and help them grow: Appraisal, Choice of training, Management, and collaboration on business development.
  • You will be responsible for managing the financial performance of your Management Unit: managing clients and consultant teams. Once your Management Unit is established, you will be a business coach for junior business managers.

This is a rich, demanding, and ambitious experience with a strong entrepreneurial dimension.

About You

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, and have significant experience in commercial functions and/or recruitment. You are fluent in English and hold a driving license (B permit).

You are looking for a dynamic work schedule with client meetings, candidate interviews, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You are an energetic, positive, and audacious person who enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and consultants.
