Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational integrity of the HR Access application.
- Modify the HR Access application to comply with current laws and the unique needs of various departments.
- Oversee parameterization, maintenance, and testing of the HR Access system.
- Draft both technical and functional specifications.
- Engage in projects and suggest enhancements for quality improvement.
- Assess and schedule development tasks.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and participate in relevant meetings.
- Create simulation tools.
- Provide updates regarding your area of responsibility.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in HR Access development.
- Required skills include: SQL, COBOL, PACBASE, Java, payroll regulations, Time Management, DSN, tax compliance, and Office 365.
- Desired personal attributes: Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, active listening and proposal skills, effective interpersonal and written communication, independence and teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
