Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including contracts and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team to optimize HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide HR support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners on HR-related matters.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
