Role Overview
As the Senior HR Operations Manager, you will spearhead operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery across various regions. You will work in close collaboration with senior leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies that foster organizational growth and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Enable Regional HR teams to implement effective processes while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business engagement.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards in compensation and performance management.
- Improve data quality, reporting, and workflows utilizing HRIS.
- Leverage data and metrics to guide strategic HR decisions and enhancements.
- Generate insightful reports to share with senior leaders, influencing organizational change.
- Oversee daily compliance and risk management activities.

Digital Transformation
- Implement HR technology solutions to support digital transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with the Head of Systems and Processes.
- Enhance HR processes and employee experiences through innovative digital tools.
- Support change management initiatives across the organization.

Budget Management
- Lead HR projects such as contract harmonization and initiatives driven by the business and Heads of Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.

Travel Requirements
Some travel may be necessary to manage and support regional offices, ensuring consistent HR practices.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive HR knowledge, and a proven track record in strategic planning and execution. A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience in HR operations management or a comparable role.
- Essential expertise in global HR operations and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HR metrics, reporting, and digital HR technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
