Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the formulation of budgets for new and pre-owned equipment, services, and industrial supplies.
- Execute commercial growth strategies through actionable plans and challenges.
- Oversee and structure your team's client portfolio effectively.
- Ensure profitability by managing commercial discounts in accordance with company guidelines.
- Identify the essential resources required to meet team objectives.
- Continuously assess order intake performance and implement corrective measures to achieve or surpass budget targets.
- Assist in finalizing ongoing proposals during complex negotiations.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Ensure adherence to commercial protocols, administrative tracking, and data integrity concerning clients and prospects.
- Evaluate client requirements and create customized commercial proposals.
- Advocate for our Short-Term Rental services.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the entire sales team.
