LOXAM RENTAL is the generalist pole in France, composed of a network of over 440 agencies spread across the country, responding to the diverse needs of our clients, whether for demolition and construction equipment, landscaping, transportation, and handling, elevation, tools, or energy.
We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative based in WAMBRECHIES.
About the Job
Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will be responsible for advising and proposing our equipment rental solutions to clients, while coordinating the administrative commercial tasks related to the activity.
Your main missions will be:
- Advising and satisfying clients by responding to their needs
- Welcoming clients (at the counter or by phone), detecting and evaluating their needs, advising them on the choice of equipment
- Negotiating and defending rental prices and associated services
- Preparing commercial offers and rental contracts in accordance with client demands and company commercial and pricing policies
- Participating in commercial prospecting and client loyalty actions
- Managing commercial administration
- Verifying and registering orders on the adapted computer software
- Collecting client feedback on the execution of the rental service
- Controlling invoicing data
- Following up with clients regarding quotes and payments (client disputes)
- Coordinating technical and logistical activities of the agency
- Communicating commercial priorities to the workshop
- According to agency organization, planning tours and coordinating with the driver
Requirements
You hold a commercial degree (Bac+2) and have experience in sales and client contact, ideally in a technical environment.
Your interpersonal skills, customer service sense, administrative rigor, and commitment will enable you to succeed in your mission.
