Your Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze changes in export control laws and regulations at both national and international levels, including ITAR and EAR, while coordinating with relevant government entities.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to business units, including the development of necessary tools.
Conduct training sessions for relevant business functions.
Maintain continuous awareness of "end use(r)" countries or clients.
Enhance the efficiency of the export control function through training, assessments, and other initiatives.
Assist and coordinate supply chain activities.
Support the application of Airbus policies and methodologies.
Establish, revise, and enforce comprehensive export control processes.
Prepare necessary export control documentation to ensure timely export clearances.
Regularly update and manage lists of products and documentation subject to export restrictions.
Process export license applications and oversee the release of shipments, including physical inspections.
Manage the classification and documentation of licenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Assist in the preparation and management of the Airbus Sanctioned Country Process.
Your Qualifications:
Experience in Export Control is preferred.
Familiarity with Airbus programs and business lines is advantageous.
Proficient in relevant IT tools, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
Demonstrated proactive, organized, and collaborative work style.
Fluency in French and English is required.
A background in law or engineering is desirable.
This position requires a strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity, which are essential for the success and reputation of the company.
