Media Sales Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Media Sales team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in the advertising media industry and contribute to critical tasks that drive our sales' team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sale Insights: Monitor competitors' advertising spends, identify key events, and create prospecting lists for our EMEA sales team.
- Agency Collaboration: Update agencies' competitive decks and assist with pre-sale templates.
- Billing and Administration: Handle account creation, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Clients Meetings: Support the sales team in preparing key client meetings, tracking ads, and presenting decks.
- Luxury & Lifestyle Quarterly Newsletter: Coordinate our category's newsletter, curating content that resonates with our audience.
Post-Sale Excellence:
- Client Communication: Send print voucher copies and e-tears to clients, ensuring seamless post-sale support.
- WSJ. Magazine Coordination: Maintain our mailout sheet and liaise with La Poste to deliver our magazine to clients.
- Quality Assurance: Address any client concerns about printing quality by collaborating with our Print Ad Operations team.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level in written and spoken French and English.
- 3-4 years of university or business school education.
- Knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity applications.
- Adept at organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Interest in sales and publishing environment.
