Job Title: Training Manager, Luxury Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at DFS Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our luxury retail professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the annual budget allocated to training and optimize costs while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training programs
  • Supervise a team dedicated to training and development and develop their teaching skills
  • Design and lead dynamic and engaging training sessions that meet the standards of excellence of the DFS Group and La Samaritaine
  • Collaborate with business experts to ensure the authenticity and relevance of training content
  • Manage the e-learning platform and ensure its proper functioning and development
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure consistency between their specific needs and training programs
Requirements:
  • Higher diploma in human resources, retail management, customer service, or hospitality
  • Significant experience in professional training, ideally in the retail/luxury sector
  • Excellent managerial skills and proven mastery in the design and deployment of innovative training programs
  • Organizational skills, great interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with all hierarchical levels
  • Perfect command of French and fluent English required (other languages appreciated)
  • Strong adherence to the values of the DFS/La Samaritaine group linked to customer excellence
