About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Training Manager EMEA to join our team at Balenciaga S.A.S. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment and contribute to the growth and success of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Training Team and Retail EMEA Team to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that align with our brand vision and business priorities.
  • Design and implement training calendars for each country in the region, taking into account retail priorities and ensuring that training programs are delivered in an effective and timely manner.
  • Develop and facilitate in-store coaching and training for retail teams, ensuring that they deliver a high level of luxury client experience and maintain the brand image.
  • Manage the delivery, quality, and budget of training programs, including planning and coordinating training calendars, venues, and participants.
  • Monitor and measure training effectiveness and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and tools in employee development and competitors.
  • Manage budgetary control and ensure that training programs are delivered within budget.
  • Develop and engage the Training Team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • International experience in program management, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning, training, and people development topics.
  • Previous experience in content design and development.
  • Solution-focused and action-oriented, with excellent team player skills.
  • Influential and results-driven, with the ability to enable others to achieve success.
  • Fluent in English.
