Sales Leadership Opportunity

Join ABB's Process Automation Energy Industries Division as a Sales Leadership professional and take on a challenging role in driving sales growth in the Western region and EPC segment.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing sales forecasts and action plans, participating in offer development within sales policy and ABB Group rules, prospecting and winning new customers, promoting automation and digitalization solutions in Energy Industries markets, and keeping abreast of market trends, competition, and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales forecasts and action plans

Compensation Package:

We are offering a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunities based on performance. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
  • At least 10 years' experience in sales
  • Good knowledge of industry, industrial processes, and/or industrial automation/computing
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relations
