Join our team at Galileo Global Education as a Commercial Development Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong commercial skills and a passion for international recruitment.
As a Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting international candidates, animating and following up on interested contacts, collaborating with the program selection team, and proposing solutions for financing to candidates.
You will also participate in and/or present candidates to selection committees, animate contacts, campaigns, emailings, and social networks, and organize and participate in promotional events for our programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting international candidates
- Animating and following up on interested contacts
- Collaborating with the program selection team
- Proposing solutions for financing to candidates
- Participating in and/or presenting candidates to selection committees
- Animating contacts, campaigns, emailings, and social networks
- Organizing and participating in promotional events for our programs
Requirements:
- Minimum Bac+3 degree or equivalent experience
- Strong commercial skills and fluency in English
- Proficiency in office software, CRM, and social media
- Good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure, autonomously, and manage priorities
- Excellent relational skills, good oral communication, and team spirit
- Rigorous, reactive, and organized
