As part of our legal team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in drafting and negotiating credit agreements, including bilateral and syndicated loans, adhering to standard practices;
  • Update and maintain contract templates utilized by the organization, including service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and general conditions;
  • Review contracts with external partners to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as internal policies;
  • Collaborate directly with management and operational teams, providing legal support on various inquiries;
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects within the legal division, focusing on training, best practices, knowledge sharing, and legal research;
  • Contribute to the development of procedural documentation;
  • Stay informed on banking and financial regulations, participating in working groups and drafting informative notes;

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Currently pursuing a law degree or a Master’s in Banking and Financial Law;
  • Capable of working independently with a proactive approach;
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of initiative;
  • Sensitive to economic and financial matters;
  • Eager to thrive in a multicultural and international environment;
  • Proficient in English, as it is the primary working language;
  • Previous experience in a law firm or a legal department of a multinational corporation is advantageous.

This internship offers a full-time commitment for a duration of six months.
