In this internship, you will:

  • Assist in drafting and managing negotiations for credit agreements, including bilateral and syndicated loans;
  • Update and maintain the Bank's contract templates, covering various agreements such as credit, service provision, and confidentiality;
  • Review contracts with external service providers to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards;
  • Collaborate directly with managers and operational teams, providing legal support on various inquiries;
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects within the legal division, including training, best practices, and legal research;
  • Contribute to the development of procedural documentation;
  • Stay informed on banking and financial regulations through monitoring, participation in working groups, and drafting notes;

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Law students or pursuing a Master 2 / DJCE in Banking and Financial Law;
  • Independent and self-motivated;
  • Curious, meticulous, and proactive;
  • Sensitive to economic and financial matters;
  • Eager to thrive in a multicultural and international environment;
  • Proficient in English.

A prior substantial internship (minimum 6 months) in a law firm or a legal department of a multinational company is preferred.
