New Tales is seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Manager F/M to join our team. As a key member of our Publishing team, you will be responsible for generating, implementing, and monitoring innovative player engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IPs and Brands
- Manage and develop social channels in collaboration with Brand and Communication teams
- Create engaging content for social media channels, including blog posts, articles, and newsletters
- Manage content approval process across game studio, legal, and partners
- Collaborate with social agencies and partners to implement campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Define and develop community, social media, and influencer strategies for our IPs
- Monitor and report on community feedback and activities
- Share reports with studios and publishing team in actionable format
- Optimize social engagement levels and demonstrate ROI on community initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital/social agency, video games, entertainment, or publishing categories, with a proven track record of community development and social media management
- Deep knowledge of online social channels and marketing practices
- Ability to share a creative vision and produce high-quality content to share that vision online and offline
- Proficiency in video production tools to create content for our socials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling
- Experience in influencer management and an established network of gaming influencers is a plus
