Job Summary
The Clinical Specialist (VASER-EMEA) is a key role within our organization, responsible for supporting current and new accounts and participating in activities related to the commercial sale of Solta's VASER line of surgical products to hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams and distributors in developing effective territory penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for VASER.
- Provide presentations and demonstrations to customers on the application and use of VASER, utilizing effective communication and training techniques.
- Educate customers regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of VASER, and how it can enhance patient outcomes and improve surgeons' practices.
- Install and provide effective in-service training on products as required or appropriate.
- Support and facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Develop and maintain supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
- Maintain consistent communication with Director of Sales and Senior Management on all matters related to the territory.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent Solta with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
- Plastic surgery scrub nurse or surgical tech.
- Understanding of lipo techniques (ideally VASER).
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of employees.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups.
- Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of VASER using professional presentation skills.
- Ability to use word processing and database applications and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of FDA GMPs. Ability to function in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs.
