Key Responsibilities:- Support current and new accounts in the commercial sale of Solta's VASER line of surgical products to hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Assist sales teams and distributors in developing effective territory penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for VASER.
- Provide presentations and demonstrations to customers on the application and use of VASER, utilizing effective communication and training techniques.
- Educate customers on the indications, contraindications, and safety of VASER, and how it can enhance patient outcomes and improve surgeons' practices.
- Install and provide effective in-service training on products as required or appropriate.
- Support and facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Develop and maintain supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
- Maintain consistent communication with Director of Sales and Senior Management on all matters related to the territory.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent Solta with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
- Plastic Surgery scrub nurse or surgical tech experience.
- Understanding of Lipo techniques (ideally VASER).
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of employees.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups.
- Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of VASER using professional presentation skills.
- Ability to use word processing and database applications and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of FDA GMPs and ability to function in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs.
