Role: Operations Project Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Project Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of production facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Project Management & Execution:
Lead and manage projects related to the operation and maintenance of production plants, adhering to regulatory, legal, technical, and economic constraints. - Technical Expertise & Analysis:
Conduct feasibility studies and opportunity assessments to identify potential improvements and cost-saving measures within existing operations. - Proposal Development & Reporting:
Prepare detailed proposals and basic acts for projects, outlining scope, timelines, and budget requirements. Provide regular progress reports to the technical team leader, keeping stakeholders informed of project advancements. - Process Optimization & Documentation:
Develop and document current and future operational processes, highlighting proposed improvements and commitments. Ensure clear communication and understanding of procedures among team members. - Customer Focus & Collaboration:
Identify and understand customer expectations regarding operations and maintenance services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field within the energy sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within operations or Public Service Delegations (PSDs).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, excellent interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
