We are seeking an experienced Application Portfolio Manager to join our Customer Experience department at CNP Assurances. As part of our Digital Services and Data team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring their successful execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating and monitoring projects across various departments. You will be responsible for operationalizing projects, determining implementation methods, and adjusting resource allocation as needed.
Your Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Hold regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss project status and progress.
Improvement and Innovation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in coordinating and monitoring projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
