About the Role
As an Alternate Business Development Director at Indosuez Wealth Management, you will be responsible for assisting the Development/Business Banking Department in all high-profile matters (M&A operations, structured financing) in an operational capacity. You will contribute to the implementation of the Bank's strategy in this activity:
- Market Analysis: Conduct sectoral monitoring and market research on M&A in Monaco and the French Riviera.
- Support Creation: Develop tools to animate Wealth Management and Corporate bankers (training, target dossier detection) in coordination with the Business Management.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with external advisors (M&A boutiques, business banks) and develop partnerships.
- Client Support: Provide support for client and prospect matters across legal, compliance, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors and partners.
