Key Responsibilities- Market Studies: Conduct market research to inform strategic decision-making, focusing on geographical areas, sectors, value chains, and external growth opportunities.
- Network Animation: Lead and structure meetings, working groups, and decision-making bodies to foster collaboration and skill-building among entities.
- Offer Development: Support the Omexom brand team in developing innovative offers and responding to tenders, leveraging expertise in the energy sector.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Anticipate new business models and support business units in offer development.
- Gain a general understanding of the market, players, and potential partners.
- Participate in technical clusters, professional associations, trade fairs, and public talks.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical & Innovation Team on technical and innovative aspects.
- Contribute to building offers, brochures, presentations, webinars, and conferences with the Communication team.
- Promote environmental excellence with the Strategy & Environment team.
As a Project Manager Market, you will be:
- The contact point for energy transmission topics.
- The brand representative at national and international conferences and seminars.
- The referent for potential interns/juniors during market research.
- The facilitator for management committees and international clubs.
We are looking for a proactive, autonomous, and organized individual with a strong sense of teamwork and a good understanding of the energy sector. You should be comfortable working in an international context and have a good command of French and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus.
Our brand team is composed of 30 talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and education. We support a worldwide network of business units in their local business and strategies, as well as their organic and external growth.
The Market & Development team has three main missions:
- Network Activation: Animate the Omexom entities network through steering committees, international clubs, working groups, etc.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct and manage market analysis in the energy sector.
- Business Development: Support Omexom entities in their business development and lobbying efforts.
