Join Faurecia's R&D Center in Bavans
Faurecia, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking an Advanced Supplier Quality Apprentice to join its R&D Center in Bavans, France. As a key member of the Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) department, you will work closely with a team of ASQ Engineers to ensure the quality of components throughout the APQP process.
About the Role
As an Advanced Supplier Quality Apprentice, you will be responsible for:
- Training in APQP: Learn the different processes and items of the APQP, and how to validate a PPAP.
- APQP follow-up of non-critical components: Conduct supplier meetings, ensure the quality of supplier's deliverables, and ensure on-time delivery in line with program milestones.
- Continuous improvement of APQP: Improve APQP supports and standard documents in line with quality lessons learned.
- Continuous improvement of the ASQ service: Perform specific tasks to improve the organization, as assigned by the ASQ Manager.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Quality, Mechanics, Materials, or Stamping.
- An intermediate level of English (TOEIC B2).
- Dynamic, fun, and a good team spirit.
- A pragmatic approach, curiosity, and a force of proposal.
- Open-mindedness to different approaches and cultures.
- Good communication, listening, and analysis skills.
