About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning experience designer to join our Hi Team at Hager Group. As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing innovative and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop learning experiences grounded on recognized adult learning theories, with a strong focus on Leadership development.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their learning objectives and design solutions that will best meet the business goals.
  • Lead the work of designing and deploying learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and course/content developers and suppliers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices within the field of learning design and technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning experience design.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, modern learning technologies, and adult learning theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong project management and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language (French and German would be a plus).
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and learning record stores (LRS).
  • Familiarity with data analytics and learning analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
