Job Title: Procurement & Budget Monitoring Adviser M/F
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Budget Monitoring Adviser to join our team at BOURBON. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for implementing sourcing methods and tools to ensure the reliability of economic and financial results of logistical support solutions provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to meet the needs of our clients.
- Designing and implementing basic financial monitoring tools to track project expenses and revenues.
- Managing interactions and coordination with our accounting department.
- Developing cross-functional processes with the finance department.
- Purchasing management, including identifying supplier requirements, responding to client needs, and compiling product repositories.
- Administrative management of purchases, including checking supplier invoicing and ensuring financial settlement of transactions.
- Financial monitoring, including setting up basic indicators to assist operational teams and analyzing variances between forecasts and actual results.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree and at least 5 years' experience in purchasing in an international context.
- Solid experience in purchasing in the field of personal support, including accommodation, catering, and transport.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in French and English, with a perfect command of both languages in an international context.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Outlook.
