We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for Manufacturing CE (Continental Europe) M/F/X. In this role, you will work closely with Hiring Managers in the Manufacturing sector, specifically in the Appetizers and Potatoes divisions, to identify, attract, and secure top talent for McCain. Your expertise will guide the determination of job specifications and recruitment processes, ensuring an effective search for qualified candidates. Leveraging your extensive knowledge and insights, you will proactively source and cultivate candidate pipelines to meet workforce needs. Your success will be driven by the relationships you foster and innovative sourcing strategies.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager Manufacturing CE, with your primary office located in one of our French facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will engage and recruit exceptional talent utilizing a range of sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and career platforms.
- You will develop and maintain talent pipelines across various business areas, acting as a specialist in sourcing top candidates through tools, events, and branding initiatives.
- You will ensure an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- You will advise hiring managers on recruitment processes, market insights, assessment methodologies, candidate profiles, and onboarding practices.
- You will utilize analytics to monitor key metrics, measuring the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts and contributing to enhancements in the overall recruitment process.
- You will apply market knowledge to conduct competitive screenings of applicants, ensuring high-quality applications and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You will stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- You will implement appropriate assessment tools and techniques to enhance the quality of hires.
- You will execute Talent Acquisition initiatives aimed at increasing diversity and enhancing representation within our workforce.
- You will leverage cutting-edge technologies to promote automation and a digital user experience across stakeholders, ensuring compliance and enabling accurate reporting.
- You will collaborate with HRBPs, Plant HR, and Plant Leadership to proactively develop hiring plans based on data, trends, and market intelligence.
- You will contribute to specific regional projects for McCain.
Qualifications:
- You possess 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a corporate or agency setting, with specialized knowledge in Talent Acquisition for complex roles.
- Experience in recruitment within a Manufacturing context is advantageous.
- You exhibit strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
- You demonstrate a high level of self-management, autonomy, and initiative.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- You have advanced proficiency in recruitment systems and tools.
- You are capable of working independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You approach your work with an ownership mentality, prioritizing effectively and providing clarity for stakeholders.
- You are naturally inquisitive, consistently seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and simplify processes.
- You are fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
