Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Vernet US. As a dynamic and future-oriented company, we are committed to excellence in manufacturing and are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve our goals.
Job Summary:The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Use computer systems to troubleshoot PLC controls and complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering to complete in-house projects and build electrical panels from provided schematics
- Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment of all types
- Must be able to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
- Ability to utilize ladder logic in PLCs
- Must be able to read and write in English to accurately exchange information
- Ability to read and understand manufactured parts and component drawings
- Basic math skills will be needed
