AXA Group Operations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our global team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our executives, ensuring seamless coordination of their activities and logistics.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a complex international environment, with experience in providing administrative support to senior executives. You will be fluent in English, with fluency in French a plus. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues across geographies and departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to executives, including agenda management, organization of meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, such as reporting expenses and raising IT incidents.
- Work internationally and transversally with executives, employees, and colleagues to organize complex meetings, events, and travel.
- Contribute to PA team cohesion and continuous improvement through sharing knowledge and best practices.
